    It’s not what you eat that counts, it’s that you lift heavy weights that you can only lift 4-6 times before failure and doing that on major exercises like bench press, squat and deadlifts. I also eat a lot of walnuts which have as much protein as red meat, I eat about 3000 calories of walnuts a day out of 4000-5000 total daily calories.
